Stephanie J. Lachance Recognized as Top MaineHousing Loan Officer for CUSO Home Lending
We are proud to share that Stephanie J. Lachance, Senior Mortgage Loan Officer at New Dimensions Federal Credit Union, has been recognized as the Top MaineHousing Loan Officer for CUSO Home Lending in 2024.
Each year, MaineHousing—a state agency dedicated to making homeownership more affordable for Mainers—recognizes the Top 10 lending institutions across the state based exclusively on their performance with MaineHousing mortgage programs. In 2024, CUSO Home Lending, our trusted mortgage partner and underwriter, earned the #7 spot on that statewide list.
As part of this recognition, MaineHousing also honored the Top Mortgage Loan Officer at each of the Top 10 lenders. We are thrilled to announce that Stephanie J. Lachance was recognized as the top-producing loan officer for CUSO, based on both total dollar volume and number of MaineHousing loans closed.
These awards are solely based on MaineHousing loans, which are income-based mortgage programs designed to help low- to moderate-income Mainers achieve the dream of homeownership. No other types of mortgages—such as government-backed, conventional, or portfolio loans—were included in this award calculation.
Stephanie’s recognition reflects her outstanding dedication to our members and her consistent commitment to making homeownership a reality for more families in our communities.
