New Dimensions Names Their Employee of the Year!
Congratulations to Nikole Barnes who not only just celebrated her 5-year anniversary; but was also named Employee of the Year! Nikki started as a Teller at NDFCU and quickly took on several member service and card service duties. Since then she has been instrumental in training coworkers and assists our members as a Member Service Call Representative in our call center.
Nikki was chosen by our staff and management team because of her overall attitude, helpfulness, and ability to roll up her sleeves. The characteristics we look for when naming our Employee of the Year are reliability, cooperativeness, helpfulness, teamwork, professionalism, outstanding member service, positive attitude, and going above and beyond. Nikki has every bit of that in aces and it was clear that she has excelled in the eyes of management and staff. Her coworkers appreciate her always sweet disposition, her willingness to help in any way she can, and her dedication to our members. Nikki can be called on to back up our tellers, train new hires, help with fundraisers, and wears a brilliant smile throughout it all.
