Virtual Annual Meeting!

The Virtual Annual Meeting for NDFCU is scheduled on
Wednesday, March 9, 2022, at 6:00 pm.

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, we have decided to host our Annual Meeting virtually. While we will miss seeing you all in person, having this year’s meeting online is what is best for the safety and health of our members, directors, and staff.

What is a virtual meeting?
A virtual meeting is viewed over the Internet using a personal computer, laptop, tablet, or mobile device. You will see and hear the credit union directors present their reports, and you will also be able to ask questions and vote on motions made by the directors.

DATE: March 9, 2022
TIME: 6:00 PM
Place: Your home!

Attending this meeting is easy.
You will receive an email for you to register for the meeting. Once you RSVP you will receive instructions on how to attend this event.

Nominating Committee and Election Procedures

As mandated in Article 5 of the New Dimensions Federal Credit Union Bylaws, a Nominating Committee has been appointed to nominate candidates for vacancies on the Board of Directors.

The nominating committee consists of the following credit union members:
• Gary Smith
• Paul Doucette
• Judith Smith

The terms of Dana Sumner and Bruce White will expire at the upcoming Annual Meeting. Sumner and White have both expressed an interest to seek re-election. Therefore, the nominating committee has nominated Dana Sumner and Bruce White for re-election, and they have filed those nominations with the Secretary of the Board of Directors.

Members not nominated by the committee, who would like to run in the election, may be nominated by the membership through the submission of a petition signed by at least one percent of the membership*. Nominees must include a resume, statement of qualifications, biographical data, and a statement of willingness to serve as a director addressed to the Nominating Committee, 94 Silver Street, Waterville, ME 04901.

Petitions and information must be received by noon on Friday, January 28, 2022, to be considered. There will be no nominations from the floor at the Annual Meeting and members will vote at that time to elect directors.

*A petition would require 174 signatures to make up one percent of the membership as of October 31, 2021.
